        Tender pieces of lobster , cooked down in curry , fresh thyme, scallion & assorted vegetables.

3. GRILLED LOBSTER OR BOILED                                                                

        Cooked on a grill with melted garlic butter .

4. LOBSTER SCAMPI                                                           

        One o four house specials, lobster sautéed w/ chardonnay wine, fresh lemon juice, Garlic. Cooked vegetables with lobster taste excellent .

        A Great melody of ½ lobster & beef tenderloin steak , topped w/sautéed assorted peppers, onions and mushrooms.

       Whole or filet snapper steamed w/ assorted vegetables, okra, the right seasoning & Crackers .

18. ESCOVIECH FISH                                   

        BBreaded and deep fried served with Escoviech sauce, onions, carrots, scotch bonnet pepper Vinegar and olive oil.

19. SIR LOIN STEAK                                   

        Cooked to your choice.

      10 ounce center cut pork chops marinated w/ Guinness then char broiled served with tumbleweed ,onions.

        Freshly cook to water melting test /w carrot potatoes broad bean to seasoned

25. CURRIED GOAT                                                                           

       Local goat cooked down w/ curry, potatoes, carrots, fresh thyme, scallion.

26. ACKEE & SALTFISH                                                                           

       We have been told by plenty of guests that this is the best ackee & saltfish in Jamaica.
